MunroLock Estate Agents opened their first office on Beckenham High Street at the beginning of 2004 and have grown from strength to strength since then, now extending to over 15 additional members of staff covering our four offices in Beckenham, Bromley, Hayes and Bromley Common.

The office based directors, Darren Lock and Richard Munro, boast a wealth of experience in the area, having both worked as estate agents for a combined total of 25 years, thus offering unparalleled advice on all matters of the house buying process and more importantly the high level of local knowledge needed, giving them the ability to value property with confidence.

Our Philosophy

From day one, we had a set idea of what we wanted to achieve with our company. We have always believed that the single most vital ingredient to making our company successful, is customer service. So from the beginning, we have set out to make sure we offer the highest quality brochures, the latest technology, constant contact with all our clients and as much advertising as is needed to name just a few.

The majority of our staff live locally, which means they also can offer a more detailed description of the neighbourhood and there surroundings, which is imperative in this industry as you deal with people who are unfamiliar with the area.
